Privacy Policy for TR Apps

TR Apps ("we", "us", or "our") publishes mobile applications and related services and is responsible for the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. You can contact us at trotaapps@gmail.com.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to mobile applications and related services published by TR Apps that link to this page. It explains how those apps access, use, disclose, and protect information. Not every TR Apps product uses every feature or service described below; each section applies only when the relevant feature is present in the app you use.

Information We Process

Files selected by the user

Some TR Apps products let you select, inspect, convert, save, or send files to compatible applications. Unless an app clearly states otherwise, file contents used for these local tools are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers for conversion.

An app may send a normalized file or content name and a timestamp to our server to measure which types of content are opened. Our server also receives standard request information, such as IP address, user agent, and request time. We use this information for analytics, service operation, security, and abuse prevention. We do not use the contents of your files for advertising.

Age information

Some apps ask for age information so that they can apply age-appropriate privacy, consent, and advertising settings. The date entered by the user and the derived age are stored locally on the device. The app may send a child, teen, or adult treatment signal to consent and advertising services; it does not send the full date of birth to advertising partners.

Purchases

Some apps offer optional purchases or subscriptions, such as removing advertising. These transactions are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive complete card or bank details. The relevant app receives purchase or subscription status needed to grant and restore the purchased benefit. Google Analytics for Firebase may also record purchase-related events, such as product ID, product name, and price, for analytics.

Notifications

Apps that provide optional notifications may use Firebase Cloud Messaging. It may process an app installation identifier, app version, messaging token, delivery information, and notification interaction events. You can disable notifications in Android settings.

Analytics and diagnostics

Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics may process app installation identifiers, device and app information, approximate location inferred from IP address, app lifecycle and interaction events, purchase events, crash logs, stack traces, diagnostics, and relevant application state. We use this information to understand app usage, maintain reliability, diagnose errors, and improve the app.

Advertising

Some free TR Apps products display banner, rewarded, or other ad formats through Google AdMob mediation. Advertising providers may collect or receive approximate location inferred from IP address, advertising or app installation identifiers, app and ad interactions, crash information, diagnostics, and technical device and network information. These data may be used to provide and measure ads, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and, where permitted and consented to, personalize advertising.

Apps that display ads may use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent where required and to provide applicable privacy choices. Users in supported US states may use the privacy message to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information as defined by applicable law. Contextual or limited ads may still require limited technical processing for delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention.

Website content

Some apps display content from our websites in a WebView. When those pages are requested, our website may receive the requested URL, IP address, user agent, language, and request date and time through ordinary web server logs. We use these logs to provide the requested content, measure usage, maintain security, and prevent abuse.

Legal Bases

Where applicable, we process information based on consent, performance of the service requested by the user, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the app, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent through the available privacy controls, without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.

Sharing and Service Providers

We disclose information to the service providers and advertising partners identified above only for the purposes described in this policy. These companies process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information for money.

Children and Teenagers

Unless an individual app listing states otherwise, our apps are intended for users aged 13 and older and are not directed to children under 13. Because the legal definition and age of a child differ by country, apps may apply age screening and restricted advertising treatment to users identified as children or teenagers where required. Personalized advertising is not requested when prohibited by law or when valid consent has not been obtained.

Data Retention

Local preferences remain on the device until they are cleared, the relevant app is uninstalled, or the app removes them. Server logs and analytics are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, security, accounting, or legal obligations, after which they are deleted or aggregated. Third-party services retain information according to their own policies and configured retention periods.

Your Choices and Rights

Most TR Apps products do not create a TR Apps user account. If an individual app offers an account feature, it will provide any additional account and deletion information required for that service. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain advertising disclosures. You can:

Security and International Transfers

Data transmitted by the app is protected in transit using HTTPS/TLS. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own and apply the safeguards described in their privacy notices.

External Services and Disclaimer

Our apps may open external websites or compatible applications. Their data practices are governed by their own privacy policies. Any TR Apps product that works with Minecraft content is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, its SDKs, or legal requirements change. We will update the date at the top of this page and provide additional notice where required.
